Shipping

• Free insured delivery on every piece. We ship across the United States and, through our Etsy shop, to Canada, the United Kingdom and most of Europe (France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and the rest of the EU). Every order ships fully insured with a tracking number.
• Processing days: Monday–Friday. Orders placed on the weekend enter the queue on Monday.
• Crated by hand. Furniture travels in a purpose-built wooden crate. Large pieces move by freight; smaller items (mirrors, chairs) may ship as parcels.
• Lead time. Made-to-order pieces are built first — each product page states its production estimate. Transit itself is typically 4–7 business days.
• New Jersey. Local delivery can be arranged for NJ customers — mention it in your order.
• Legs ship detached on most tables for safe transport, and bolt on in minutes with the hardware supplied.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of purchase. After that the build may already be scheduled — write to us and we will do our best; once material is cut we agree a fair resolution based on the work done.

When your piece arrives

Inspect it before the driver leaves if you can. If anything was damaged in transit, photograph the crate and the damage and tell us within 48 hours of delivery — transit damage is always on us: we repair, rebuild or refund.

Returns & exchanges

• 14 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition.
• Return shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.
• Defects are always covered. Defects in materials or workmanship and transit damage are on us — without a time limit for defects present at delivery.
• Natural variation is not a defect. Grain, colour and live-edge shape differ from photos on every genuine piece of wood.
