Walnut wall mirrors
The bracket is already fitted to the back and the fixings for plaster, drywall and masonry are in the box. The only real decision is what your wall is made of.
Hanging it
Find a stud if you can — the large and XLarge mirrors are heavy enough that you want one. In drywall without a stud, use the toggle anchors supplied rather than the plastic plugs; in masonry, the plugs and screws in the box are correct.
Hang from the fitted bracket only. It is placed so the mirror sits flat and cannot lift off the wall if it is knocked.
Cleaning the glass
Spray the cloth, never the mirror. Liquid running down the glass wicks in behind the frame and is the usual cause of dark edges appearing on an old mirror.
A microfibre cloth with warm water clears most marks; a little glass cleaner on the cloth handles the rest. Keep ammonia away from the join between glass and frame.
Bathrooms
The walnut frame is sealed, so steam is not a problem in a normally ventilated bathroom. Wipe condensation off the frame rather than letting it dry there, and run the extractor as you would anyway.
